We decided to start the SOH blog, so it can act parallel to our agency, portraying the voice of Honey, letting you know what we are all about. We plan for the array of writings to show you what music we love, and what we plan to bring to your events, your home , your iphone, your computer, and your overall environment. We plan to do this by being as authentic and real as possible, while maintaining curiosity and openness in music and the music industry.

We are a collection of DJs that don’t just stick to what’s hot, music trends, and being too cool for school. We believe in good music, freedom, passion, and we have no boundaries to what we are willing to play and share. If it’s tasteful, then it’s good in our book. And if it's good in our book, we want to be hearing share it with you here on this blog!

So Let's Define Tasteful Music.

Honey as a DJ agency, is focused first on elevating your environment through tasteful music. However, how do you define that? What is good music taste? We understand that every music loving human in some capacity has different music tastes. So how do we know what good music taste sounds like? We believe that there at times an underlying commonality of what one believes is good music.

It’s the songs out there that are undeniably good, where they are so good and even people with different music tastes will still enjoy or recognize that song’s musicality. These songs are rare, and yes of-course they can be subjective.
